Before joining Nationwide Marketing Group in 2015, I spent 15 years as the store manager for Leath Furniture and five years as the store manager for Al Grace Appliance. I also worked as a sales representative for Serta for seven years and Restonic for two years, and spent five years with MEGA Group USA.

What motivates you to get up and go to work for the Independent retailer every day?
I love to help Members win the war at retail!
Tell us about your role at NMG.
My job is pretty simple – to help Members grow their business. I serve as an advisor, recommending vendor programs and business services to help increase their profit margin and decrease their stress.
Why did you want to come work at NMG?
Because they’ve got a great pool of Members and staff. There’s not a better buying group around.
Why do you think NMG is the best buying group for Independent retailers in today’s climate?
We listen before we help them. And then we offer up the best suggestions to help address their needs.
What is the most important project you are working on right now, and why?
Retail sales analytics. It is going to help take the guess work out of the job for the Member when it comes to making decisions on merchandising the sales floor.
What is your favorite memory from your time at NMG?
PrimeTime – I love getting together with my Members and teammates.
