Tell us about your role at NMG.
My role as a Member Support Manager for NMG can be described as a consultant — helping Members navigate the many services and benefits available, sharing information, giving advice and helping train staff. I am committed to developing a relationship of trust and helping our Members utilize as many benefits as they can.
Why did you want to come work at NMG?
I saw the value of what NMG membership meant while working in the Independent retail furniture and appliance business. I knew the group had a vision and a record of success. I wanted to be a part of that team.

What is the most important project you are working on right now, and why?
Of the many projects I am currently working on, my focus is on digital and how to use it to grow your business.
What is your favorite memory from your time at NMG?
My first week on the NMG team was the August 2018 Las Vegas PrimeTime. I can still feel the excitement and the passion — what a way to start a career!
What do you like most about your job?
I love my job for many reasons, but the opportunity to help Independent retail business owners achieve their dreams and see them thrive is hard to top.
