It’s tradition. During each PrimeTime expo, a panel of Nationwide Marketing Group employees walks the show floor to determine which exhibitors will win a Best Booth Award.
Here’s the criteria used for our 2025 Nashville PrimeTime expo:
Exhibitors are automatically entered into the contest by corresponding segment and booth size. To streamline the awards and better reflect the evolving priorities of our exhibitors and attendees, we’ve refined the categories into three core awards. These new categories continue to recognize outstanding creativity, branding, and overall impact, while allowing for broader recognition across booth sizes and styles.
- Best Use of Space: Recognizing booths that demonstrate exceptional creativity
and efficiency in layout, making the most of their footprint to deliver an impactful attendee experience.
- Best Brand Experience: Honoring booths that deliver a cohesive and memorable
brand presence through visual design, clear messaging, and meaningful
attendee engagement.
- Best Overall: Celebrating the booth that exemplifies excellence in all areas,
including design, engagement, branding, and overall presence, and stands
out as a true show highlight.
In each category, one winner is selected for booths sized 1600 square feet or less, and another for booths exceeding 2000 square feet.
