NMG: Which OneShop tools have been the most helpful for your business and why?

Jake Bassett, Director of Marketing Operations, DeWaard & Bode: We rely heavily on the OneShop website tools to keep our website up to date with inventory, sales and promotions, and our e-commerce business. The upgrades to website features and daily management on the backend are a huge improvement to the platform. It’s user-friendly and intuitive. The members of the OneShop team have been excellent partners on our digital advertising strategies and it is a critical component of our marketing efforts.

 

NMG: How has the new one-page cart and checkout experience impacted your online sales and customer satisfaction?

Jake: The new one-page cart checkout experience has been a great improvement on the OneShop platform. Since rolling out the feature in May, we saw a 40 percent increase in online revenue month over month, and a 5 percent increase in average ticket price for online sales. The new checkout experience is quicker, simpler, and more efficient, which creates a more seamless experience for our customers.

 

NMG: How has OneShop helped your team stay on top of the latest digital trends?

Jake: Having regular calls with our account managers at OneShop helps us stay up to date on new advertising strategies, best practices, and emerging trends. Having access to different experts across various tactics gives us in-depth insights on how to effectively market our business.

 

NMG: Is there anything else you would like to add about OneShop, its features, or how the platform improves your ability to stay competitive in today’s ever-changing digital landscape?

Jordan Roorda, General Manager – Sales & Marketing, DeWaard & Bode: OneShop gives us the ability to be dynamic in our marketing efforts. It also brings cohesion to the various tactics we use to market our business. Having everything under one roof makes managing this challenging and competitive landscape much easier for us.
