A lot has changed since the last time the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center has hosted Nationwide Marketing Group and our Members and Vendor Partners for a PrimeTime. And, no, we’re not talking about that five-letter-two-number term that has been the bane of our existence. Rather, the property itself down there in Central Florida has gone through a number of changes and upgrades since PrimeTime was held there in February 2018.
For starters, the property has added over 300 guest rooms in the Gulf Coast tower, bringing the total to more than 1,700.
For the PrimeTime Expo and our education and meeting purposes, the Gaylord Palms has become more spacious as well. The property has expanded to include over 500,000 square feet of flexible convention and meeting space. That means plenty of room for our exhibitors to set up shop, and more meeting rooms for us to fill with top-notch education and training via the Nationwide Learning Academy.

And the Gaylord Palms property has added some great amenities to make the experience an unforgettable one. The three-acre Cypress Springs Water Park has been upgraded and now includes the Crystal River Rapids action river. In addition, the water park features two pools, seven water slides, a surfing simulator, a giant water playground and more.
